A wonderful old "Evening in Paris" cobalt glass perfume bottle with what I believe to be a bakelite cap and tassel.

There is a foil covering the opening of the bottle that appears to be undisturbed... I cannot see any liquid movement so that either means that it's empty or possibly full to the brim without any air pocket.  I don't want to disturb the foil cap.

Some minor wear to the outside label.
